• Create a Tally form and Publish
• Go to the Share tab of your form and choose Standard

• Adjust the embed options. You can read more about them here

• Click Get the code and copy the the embed code or Copy embed link

• Type /embed in Typedream and choose link or code
• Paste the Tally embed code or link and you’re all set!
