• Create a Tally form and Publish
• Go to the Share tab of your form and choose Standard

• Adjust the embed options. You can read more about them here

• Click Get the code and Copy the Embed code

• Insert an HTML block in your Wordpress site
• Paste the Tally embed code in your HTML block and you’re done!
